19  Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This is the ^afinger of God: and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them; as the Lord had said.

  22  Now it came to pass that I, Nephi, did teach my brethren these things; and it came to pass that I did read many things to them, which were engraven upon the plates of brass, that they might know concerning the doings of the Lord in other lands, among people of old.

  3  Which city shall be built, beginning at the temple lot, which is appointed by the finger of the Lord, in the western boundaries of the State of Missouri, and dedicated by the hand of Joseph Smith, Jun., and others with whom the Lord was well pleased.

  12  And also that God hath set his hand and seal to change the times and seasons, and to blind their minds, that they may not understand his ^cmarvelous workings; that he may prove them also and take them in their own craftiness;
