18  And Moses went into the midst of the cloud, and gat him up into the mount: and Moses was in the mount ^aforty days and forty nights.

  28  And he was there with the Lord ^aforty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

  9  When I was gone up into the mount to receive the tables of stone, even the tables of the covenant which the Lord made with you, then I abode in the mount ^aforty days and forty nights, I neither did eat bread nor drink water:

  23  For they said unto me, Make us ^bgods, which shall go before us: for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.

  40  Saying unto Aaron, Make us ^agods to go before us: for as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.

  21  And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to ^clead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night:

  23  For they said unto me, Make us ^bgods, which shall go before us: for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.
