17  Awake, awake, stand up, O Jerusalem, which hast drunk at the hand of the Lord the ^acup of his fury; thou hast drunken the dregs of the cup of trembling, and wrung them out.

  21  Rejoice and be glad, O daughter of Edom, that dwellest in the land of Uz; the ^ccup also shall pass through unto thee: thou shalt be drunken, and shalt make thyself naked.

  31  Thou hast walked in the way of thy sister; therefore will I give her ^acup into thine hand.

  17  Awake, awake, stand up, O Jerusalem, which hast drunk at the hand of the Lord the ^acup of his fury—thou hast drunken the dregs of the cup of trembling wrung out—

  26  Therefore, they have drunk out of the ^acup of the wrath of God, which justice could no more deny unto them than it could deny that Adam should fall because of his partaking of the forbidden fruit; therefore, mercy could have claim on them no more forever.

  17  And it shall come to pass, because of the wickedness of the world, that I will take vengeance upon the wicked, for they will not repent; for the ^ccup of mine indignation is full; for behold, my blood shall not cleanse them if they hear me not.
