3  For they are carnal and devilish, and the devil has power over them; yea, even that old serpent that did beguile our first parents, which was the cause of their fall; which was the cause of ^dall mankind becoming carnal, sensual, devilish, knowing evil from good, subjecting themselves to the devil.

  25  And wo be unto the children of men if this be the case; for there shall be ^anone that doeth good among you, no not one. For if there be one among you that doeth good, he shall work by the power and gifts of God.
