9  Until the time shall come when it shall be revealed unto you from on high, when the city of the ^bNew Jerusalem shall be prepared, that ye may be gathered in one, that ye may be my people and I will be your God.

  66  And it shall be called the ^aNew Jerusalem, a land of peace, a city of refuge, a place of safety for the saints of the Most High God;

  2  Yea, the word of the Lord concerning his church, established in the last days for the restoration of his people, as he has spoken by the mouth of his prophets, and for the gathering of his saints to stand upon Mount Zion, which shall be the city of ^fNew Jerusalem.

  10  We believe in the literal gathering of Israel and in the restoration of the Ten Tribes; that ^cZion (the New Jerusalem) will be built upon the American continent; that Christ will reign personally upon the earth; and, that the earth will be renewed and receive its paradisiacal glory.

  5  And by the border of Manasseh, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for ^aEphraim.

  8  And now, behold, I say unto you that you shall go unto the Lamanites and preach my gospel unto them; and inasmuch as they receive thy teachings thou shalt cause my ^dchurch to be established among them; and thou shalt have revelations, but write them not by way of commandment.

  24  Yea, let us preserve our liberty as a remnant of Joseph; yea, let us remember the words of Jacob, before his death, for behold, he saw that a part of the remnant of the coat of Joseph was preserved and had not decayed. And he said—Even as this remnant of garment of my son hath been preserved, so shall a ^eremnant of the seed of my son be preserved by the hand of God, and be taken unto himself, while the remainder of the seed of Joseph shall perish, even as the remnant of his garment.

  7  And behold the book shall be sealed; and in the book shall be a revelation from God, from the beginning of the world to the ^cending thereof.
