10  And Aaron shall make an atonement upon the horns of it once in a year with the blood of the sin offering of ^catonements: once in the year shall he make atonement upon it throughout your generations: it is most holy unto the Lord.

  25  And the priest shall make an ^aatonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and it shall be forgiven them; for it is ignorance: and they shall bring their offering, a sacrifice made by fire unto the Lord, and their sin offering before the Lord, for their ignorance:

  49  But Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of the burnt offering, and on the altar of incense, and were appointed for all the work of the place most holy, and to make an ^catonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.

  11  And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away ^bsins:

  26  For the ^aatonement satisfieth the demands of his justice upon all those who have not the law given to them, that they are delivered from that awful monster, death and hell, and the devil, and the lake of fire and brimstone, which is endless torment; and they are restored to that God who gave them breath, which is the Holy One of Israel.

  15  And many signs, and wonders, and types, and shadows showed he unto them, concerning his coming; and also holy prophets spake unto them concerning his coming; and yet they hardened their hearts, and understood not that the law of Moses availeth nothing except it were through the ^eatonement of his blood.

  28  And moreover, I say unto you, that salvation doth not come by the law alone; and were it not for the atonement, which God himself shall make for the sins and iniquities of his people, that they must unavoidably perish, notwithstanding the law of Moses.
