32  It is ^aGod that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect.

  50  And I said unto them: If God had commanded me to do all things I could do them. If he should command me that I should say unto this water, be thou earth, it should be earth; and if I should say it, it would be done.

  12  Yea, I know that I am nothing; as to my strength I am weak; therefore I will not boast of myself, but I will boast of my God, for in his strength I can do all ^ethings; yea, behold, many mighty miracles we have wrought in this land, for which we will praise his name forever.

  19  And it came to pass that the Lord spake unto me, saying: Blessed art thou, Nephi, because of thy ^afaith, for thou hast sought me diligently, with lowliness of heart.

  11  Do ye not remember the things which the Lord hath said?—If ye will not harden your hearts, and ask me in ^bfaith, believing that ye shall receive, with diligence in keeping my commandments, surely these things shall be made known unto you.

  12  And it came to pass that after I had prayed and labored with all diligence, the Lord said unto me: I will grant unto thee according to thy ^bdesires, because of thy faith.

  13  Require not miracles, except I shall ^bcommand you, except casting out devils, healing the sick, and against poisonous serpents, and against deadly poisons;
