19  For thus saith the Lord God; When I shall make thee a ^adesolate city, like the cities that are not inhabited; when I shall bring up the deep upon thee, and great waters shall cover thee;

  16  And I had faith, and I did cry unto God that he would preserve the records; and he covenanted with me that he would bring them forth unto the Lamanites in his own due time.

  24  And ^amany highways shall be broken up, and many cities shall become desolate.

  12  And ^amany great destructions have I caused to come upon this land, and upon this people, because of their wickedness and their abominations.
