4  I said, Lord, be merciful unto me: ^aheal my soul; for I have sinned against thee.

  2  Behold, verily thus saith the Lord unto you, O ye elders of my church, who are assembled upon this spot, whose sins are now forgiven you, for I, the Lord, ^aforgive sins, and am merciful unto those who confess their sins with humble hearts;

  24  Therefore whosoever ^aheareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

  31  And they said, ^aBelieve on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

  19  And now, my beloved brethren, after ye have gotten into this strait and narrow path, I would ask if all is ^bdone? Behold, I say unto you, Nay; for ye have not come thus far save it were by the word of Christ with unshaken faith in him, relying wholly upon the merits of him who is mighty to save.
