19  And the words which he shall write shall be the words which are expedient in my wisdom should go forth unto the ^afruit of thy loins. And it shall be as if the fruit of thy loins had cried unto them from the dust; for I know their faith.

  1  And now it came to pass that as Alma was journeying from the land of Gideon southward, away to the land of Manti, behold, to his astonishment, he met with the sons of Mosiah journeying towards the land of Zarahemla.

  5  Behold, I say unto you, Peter, that you shall take your ^ajourney with your brother Oliver; for the time has come that it is expedient in me that you shall open your mouth to declare my gospel; therefore, fear not, but give heed unto the words and advice of your brother, which he shall give you.

  2  And that which I have appointed unto him is that he shall ^ago with my servants, Oliver Cowdery and Peter Whitmer, Jun., into the wilderness among the Lamanites.

  24  Thou shalt not commit adultery; and he that committeth adultery, and repenteth not, shall be cast out.

  20  And that the ^aLamanites might come to the knowledge of their fathers, and that they might know the promises of the Lord, and that they may believe the gospel and rely upon the merits of Jesus Christ, and be glorified through faith in his name, and that through their repentance they might be saved. Amen.

  6  And that a New Jerusalem should be built up upon this land, unto the remnant of the seed of ^bJoseph, for which things there has been a type.
