22  Thus did ^bNoah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he.

  1  And God remembered ^aNoah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters assuaged;

  20  Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were ^esaved by water.

  5  And spared not the old world, but saved ^aNoah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

  23  For behold, I am God; and I am a God of miracles; and I will show unto the world that I am the same yesterday, today, and forever; and I work not among the children of men save it be ^daccording to their faith.

  3  For he did cry from the morning, even until the going down of the sun, exhorting the people to believe in God unto repentance lest they should be destroyed, saying unto them that ^dby faith all things are fulfilled—

  16  Yea, and even all they who wrought miracles wrought them by ^bfaith, even those who were before Christ and also those who were after.
