17  Let the priests, the ministers of the Lord, aweep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O Lord, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God?

10  For godly bsorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

9  Be afflicted, and mourn, and bweep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.

18  They shall also gird themselves with sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and cbaldness upon all their heads.
