21  And he shall stand before Eleazar the ^apriest, who shall ask counsel for him after the judgment of Urim before the Lord: at his word shall they go out, and at his word they shall come in, both he, and all the children of Israel with him, even all the congregation.

  26  And it came to pass that I, Nephi, did ^aconsecrate Jacob and Joseph, that they should be priests and teachers over the land of my people.

  17  And it came to pass that none received authority to preach or to teach except it were by him from God. Therefore he ^bconsecrated all their priests and all their teachers; and none were consecrated except they were just men.
